Attachment Avoidance: There is No Town
Attachment Avoidance doesn’t help in life, relationships, or RPGs. It’ll leave you exposed and unable to finish almost any Quests!
Attachment Anxiety: Stuck in the Town
Attachment Anxiety measures how worried you are about losing your sources of security even when there’s no real threat.
Attachment Insecurity: The Town is Under Threat
What causes attachment insecurity? Without a secure attachment figure to return to, chances are you won’t explore or level up!

QuestFinder – Level 3: 2-Player Mode
Now that you’ve learned to play Solo and have been joining some Parties, you’ve unlocked the Skill to find the Arwen to your Aragorn. The Sam to your Frodo. The Gollum to your Sméagol.
QuestFinder – Level 2: Party Version
Just like Bilbo, your Quest will be much easier and more fun if you get a group to accompany you. If you’ve leveled up the QuestFinder Level 1 Skill, now it’s time to create your own Party. Or, maybe even, your own Guild.
QuestFinder – Level 1: Single Player Mode
Create a great life starts with being curious. Passion will come later. And then comes the Party!
QuestFinder: Introduction (Don’t Be An NPC)
Do you want to stop being single? Quest. You don’t like the people around you? Quest. You’re out of shape? Quest. Your Constitution is low and you can’t even reach your phone? Quest. Out of chips? Quest. You don’t believe me and want to prove me wrong? Quest!

Be like a Barbarian. Be Vulnerable.
Who’s sexier? A Knight in shining armor covered from head to toe trying not to get a scratch on their (supposedly) pretty face, or a Barbarian with skimpy clothes and lots. Lots. LOTS of skin? I say the Barbarian.
As Mark Manson says,
“Vulnerability is the path of true human connection and becoming a truly attractive person.” Vulnerability is sexy.
Raise Your Shields. Set your Boundaries.
Just as games have shields to keep your HP from dropping, you can use boundaries to keep yourself from getting hurt, feeling resentful, frustrated, angry, and improve your relationships with others in multiple ways. If you have negative feelings towards someone, it could be that you haven’t set the right boundaries (or that you have no boundaries at all). Boundaries can be a healthy way to solve conflicts without running into an argument or when you can’t reach an agreement.
Emotions as Status Effects
Because emotions can have an impact on your personal HP and Stats (a.k.a. buffs and debuffs), I like to think of them as Status Effects: Some might boost your strength while decreasing your Wisdom (Anger); they may leave you paralyzed (Fear); they can be like poison draining your HP (Sadness); or some may make you feel like Mario getting a Super Star (Confidence).
Leveling Up
Why is it so much easier to level up a character than to stick to achieving your personal goals? After all, isn’t it the same when you fail at something as when you’re playing a new game or trying to defeat a boss?
